Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :30\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                            K.HEMA, J.\n                         ------------------\n                      B.A. No. 3927 of 2010\n                ------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 30th day of June, 2010\n\n                            O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. The alleged offences are under Sections 143, 147, 148,<\/p>\n<p>353 and 188 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>and Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act. According<\/p>\n<p>to prosecution, on 13.10.2009 at about 1.30 P.M., petitioner(A8)<\/p>\n<p>along with other accused formed themselves into an unlawful<\/p>\n<p>assembly, armed with bombs, stone and iron rod etc. assaulted<\/p>\n<p>Assistant Superintendent of Police.       They also pelted stones<\/p>\n<p>against him and the police party.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. Petitioner was arrested on 07.05.2010 and he is in<\/p>\n<p>custody for the past 54 days. This petition is not opposed.     But,<\/p>\n<p>it was pointed out that petitioner is also involved in another crime<\/p>\n<p>of similar nature.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be<\/p>\n<p>granted on conditions. Hence the following order is passed:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              Petitioners shall be released on bail on his<\/p>\n<p>        executing a bond for Rs.50,000\/- with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>        sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 3927 of 2010             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          the Magistrate Court concerned on the following<\/p>\n<p>          conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               i)    Petitioner   shall     report   before    the<br \/>\n                     Investigating Officer on every Monday,<br \/>\n                     Wednesday and Saturday, between 10<br \/>\n                     A.M. and 1 P.M.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               ii) Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n                     any witness or tamper with the evidence.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               iii) In case, petitioner is involved in any similar<br \/>\n                     offence, his bail is liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>         This petition is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                           K.
