No.42608 of 2010\n                           ANANDI PRASAD\n                               Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   17.03.2011.              Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The police raided the house of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner and recovered two mousers, country<\/p>\n<p>                    made pistols from the one corner of the house<\/p>\n<p>                    which was concealed in polythene. There were<\/p>\n<p>                    seven   cartridges     and    four    empty     cartridges<\/p>\n<p>                    also along with four copies of letter pads<\/p>\n<p>                    written over it MCC Samaj Sudhark Sangathan.<\/p>\n<p>                    On the above recoveries, the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                    alleged to be the member of the MCC and he<\/p>\n<p>                    was made an accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The contention is that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    has falsely been implicated in this case on<\/p>\n<p>                    account of his political links and further<\/p>\n<p>                    that the recoveries are transplanted.<\/p>\n<p>                               Regard being had to the evidence of<\/p>\n<p>                    recovery as collected by the police on spot,<\/p>\n<p>                    the court is not inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                               However,   as     soon    as   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    completes one year of confinement                in   Gurua<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S.Case    No.53     of   2010     without     the   trial<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        being   concluded,   the   petitioner   shall   be<\/p>\n<p>        admitted to bail by the court below, i.e.,<\/p>\n<p>        S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya on execution of a<\/p>\n<p>        bond to his own satisfaction.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>B.Kr.
