Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It would appear from perusal of the written report of the<\/p>\n<p>                    informant that informant solemnized her marriage with the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    in the year 2008 after converting her religion and after that she came<\/p>\n<p>                    at the house of the petitioner and after six months, she went to her<\/p>\n<p>                    natal place but when she again came to her in-laws house, she learnt<\/p>\n<p>                    that her husband has solemnized his second marriage and after that her<\/p>\n<p>                    husband demanded Rs 50,000\/- in dowry and also got his signature on<\/p>\n<p>                    a plain paper which was subsequently, converted in divorce deed.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner being husband of the informant is in jail custody<\/p>\n<p>                    since 16.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the above stated facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                    well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner, Intakhab Alam, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds<\/p>\n<p>                    of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                    satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Dhansoi P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                    Case no. 9\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<pre>      shahid                                                 (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Intakhab Alam vs The State Of Bihar on 21 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
