No.12925 of 2010\n                       RAKESH CHAUDHARY Son of Raj Narayan Choudhary\n                                               Versus\n                                        STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      23.09.2010            Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 302\/34<\/p>\n<p>                     of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He further<\/p>\n<p>                     submits that witness Shiv Chandar Singh, in paragraph 24 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     case diary, has stated that petitioner was also seen in the company<\/p>\n<p>                     of the deceased and others. The petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                     25.02.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is<\/p>\n<p>                     directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                     to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar,<\/p>\n<p>                     Sitamarhi in connection with Tariyani P.S. case no. 02 of 2009,<\/p>\n<p>                     with the condition that petitioner would report to nearby police<\/p>\n<p>                     station once every two months and will file an affidavit to this<\/p>\n<p>                     effect in the court below.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J.)<br \/>\nUday\/\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Rakesh Chaudhary vs State Of Bihar on 23 September, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
