Whether the judgment should be reported in\n      the Digest?\n\n\nM.M. KUMAR, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            In pursuance to the order dated 1.5.2009, Smt. Kailash<\/p>\n<p>Rani, proprietor of the petitioner firm has put in appearance. She has<\/p>\n<p>pleaded for forgiveness on account of the fact that she did not<\/p>\n<p>appreciate and realise the consequences of making incorrect<\/p>\n<p>averments in the petition and filing misleading documents.<\/p>\n<p>            Mr. Rakesh Nehra, learned counsel for the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>also tendered apology on behalf of the petitioner and has requested<\/p>\n<p>that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. However, Mr.<\/p>\n<p>C.B. Goel, learned counsel for the respondents has insisted that such<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> C.W.P. No. 18891 of 2007                                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>like conduct should not go unpunished.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>we accept the prayer made by Mr. Nehra. However, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shall deposit Rs. 5,000\/- with respondent Nos. 2 to 4 as costs towards<\/p>\n<p>punishment. The record of the case which was got sealed by the<\/p>\n<p>Bench Secretary, shall be handed over to the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n                                                   (M.M.
