Shail Kumari Jha, learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel     appearing            on    behalf        of     the<\/p>\n<p>                   respondent      nos.2,       3   and     4\/Lalit      Narayan<\/p>\n<p>                   Mithila    University,           Darbhanga          and    Shri<\/p>\n<p>                   Vikas     Kumar,      learned         A.C.     to     learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Advocate General appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                   respondent no.1\/State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The   petitioner,            who    retired       with<\/p>\n<p>                   effect      from       31.12.2009             as      Reader,<\/p>\n<p>                   Department of Zoology from M.R.M. College,<\/p>\n<p>                   Darbhanga,      has    prayed         for    directing      the<\/p>\n<p>                   respondents to clear his all retiral dues.<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                   that petitioner may be granted liberty to<\/p>\n<p>                   file representation before respondent no.2<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        raising his demand.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   The writ petition is being disposed<\/p>\n<p>        of with liberty to the petitioner to file a<\/p>\n<p>        detailed     representation           before      respondent<\/p>\n<p>        no.2   within      a     period     of     six    weeks     from<\/p>\n<p>        today.   If     such      representation          is       filed,<\/p>\n<p>        respondent no.2 is required to examine the<\/p>\n<p>        same     and      pass      appropriate           order         in<\/p>\n<p>        accordance        with    law       redressing        all      the<\/p>\n<p>        grievances of the petitioner and also clear<\/p>\n<p>        all    the     admitted        dues      with     admissible<\/p>\n<p>        interest within a period of three months<\/p>\n<p>        from     the       date        of     filing          of    such<\/p>\n<p>        representation.
