The same<br \/>\nis ordered to be taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAs<br \/>\nper this report the petitioner-convict prisoner was diagnosed on<br \/>\n23.11.2005  after investigations like scrotal doppler and USG of<br \/>\nRt.inguinal region. Since then he was treated by Dr.P.N.Kanthariya<br \/>\n(MS, H.O.U., Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad) and was operated on 17.7.2006<br \/>\nfor Rt.vericocele. Ligation and excision of dilated veins of<br \/>\nRt.vericocele was done under spinal anesthesia and stitch removal was<br \/>\ndone on 24.7.2006. His post operative follow up was done on 2.2.2007,<br \/>\n13.4.2007 and 6.6.2008 by Dr.P.N.Kanthariya and according to<br \/>\nDr.P.N.Kanthariya  on 6.6.2008 the findings were scar healthy,<br \/>\nexternal genetalia &#8211; normal, no cough impulse in both region<br \/>\ninguinal and was treated accordingly with medicines for three days.<br \/>\nHis USG scrotum was done on 22.1.2010 and report was NAD. On<br \/>\n27.4.2011 he was examined by General Surgeon of Central Jail for his<br \/>\ncomplaint pain at groin and his findings were NAD and inguinal scar<br \/>\n(post operative) is present.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nMedical Officer is also present before this Court. He stated before<br \/>\nthis Court that necessary medical treatment is also provided to<br \/>\nconvict prisoner and as and when if  it is required then proper<br \/>\ntreatment is always given by the jail authority to the petitioner &#8211;<br \/>\nconvict prisoner.
