The applicant is enlarged on bail<br \/>\non his furnishing a solvent surety of Rs.5,000\/- and personal bond of<br \/>\nthe like amount on usual terms and on the following further<br \/>\nconditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>(1)\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall not leave the territory of State of Gujarat without<br \/>\npermission of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>(2)\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall not involve himself in such or similar offence<br \/>\nhereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe meanwhile, the substantive sentence shall remain under<br \/>\nsuspension.   Bail bond before the trial Court.  Rule is made<br \/>\nabsolute.
