Grade I with effect from 27.11.1995 and to award the other consequential benefits. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\t\t        For Petitioner\t:   Mr.K.Thennan \n\n        \t\t\tFor Respondents\t:   Mr.B.Vijay\t\t\t\t\t\t                            Government Advocate\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tOriginal Application No.10686 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to direct the respondent to promote the applicant as E.O. Grade I with effect from 27.11.1995 and to award other consequential benefits. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t2.At the time of final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner pleaded that the petitioner has made a representation on 5.8.1997 for the above said relief which has not been considered so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t3.In view of the above, the petitioner is entitled to make further representation in continuation of the earlier representation and the same shall be considered by the respondent and disposed of on merits within a reasonable period of time.  This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
