No.36801 of 2008\n              ---------------------------------\n              Dated, this the 1st day of January, 2009\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners are aggrieved by Ext.P3 notice convening of<\/p>\n<p>timing conference on 12\/12\/2008 for settling the timings in respect of<\/p>\n<p>stage carriage No.KL-35 3802.         According to the petitioners, the<\/p>\n<p>timing conference has been postponed and is now scheduled to be<\/p>\n<p>held on 03\/01\/2009. It is stated that they have filed Ext.P2 series of<\/p>\n<p>objections.   The apprehension now voiced before me is that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents are likely to proceed with the timing conference ignoring<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 series of objections filed by them.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   If as stated by the petitioners, they have filed Ext.P2 series<\/p>\n<p>of objections, I have no reason to think that the 1st respondent will<\/p>\n<p>ignore the same and proceed with the settlement of timings.
