No.2909 of 2011\n                                  RAMESHWAR SINGH\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.03.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Allegedly, two country-made guns and four live<\/p>\n<p>                 cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                          Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that much<\/p>\n<p>                 prior to institution of the above-said case, the petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>                 Complaint Case against Officer-in-charge of the concerned<\/p>\n<p>                 police station and furthermore, there is inimical terms between<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner and seizure list witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                 Rameshwar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                 of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each in connection with Panchrukhi P. S.
