RESPONDENTS   \n    \n\n\tOriginal Application No.8791 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records relating to the memorandum of the 1st respondent dated 8.10.1998 in C.No.A1\/39617\/98 and set aside the portion of the memorandum namely para 4 in so far as taking into consideration PR.136\/93 on the basis of not promoting the petitioner to the post of Sub Inspector of Police.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\tFor petitioner        :  No appearance\n\n\tFor respondents    : Mr.B.Vijay,\n\t\t                Government Advocate.\n                     \n                              -----                              \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tWhen the matter was called on 2.2.2010, Mr.S.Elamurugan, learned counsel, who appeared earlier for the petitioner\/applicant made an endorsement that the applicant obtained change of vakalat.  Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list.  Today   there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner\/applicant.
