No.37826 of 2010\n                                     GAJINDRA MANDAL\n                                               Versus\n                                     The STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      22.06.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that differences are there in<\/p>\n<p>                      between three brothers for partition of ancestral properties,<\/p>\n<p>                      theft is ornamental and alleged injury caused by this<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner by means of fersa is found simple in nature.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner for bail is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  In the event of arrest or surrender within one<\/p>\n<p>                      month from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>                      order in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 62 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                      above named petitioner shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                      sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                      C.J.M., Sitamarhi subject to the conditions as laid down<\/p>\n<p>                      under Section 438(2) of Cr.
