A sum of Rs. 15,000\/- has been paid to respondent Kulwinder Kumar who states that he has no objection to the allowing of the present petition and quashing of the complaint, summoning order and consequential proceedings. Resultantly, I allow the present petition and complaint dated 17.7.1995 (Annexure P-1), summoning order dated 3.1.1996 (Annexure P-2), order dated 26.11.1997 (Annexure P-6) and all the<\/p>\n<p>consequential proceedings taken in pursuance to the complaint Annexure P-1 are hereby quashed. <\/p>\n<p> 2.
