Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                    W.P.(C) No. 20301 of 2010 K\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n            Dated this the 22nd day of September, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petitioner prays for a direction for payment of Freedom<\/p>\n<p>Fighters&#8217; Pension payable under the Swathanthra Sainik Samman<\/p>\n<p>Pension.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that<\/p>\n<p>the application of the petitioner has been forwarded to the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent with the recommendations of the second respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, what now remains to done is that the first respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on the application of the petitioner which is pending<\/p>\n<p>consideration before the said authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.     Therefore, I dispose of this writ petition directing the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to pass orders on the petitioner&#8217;s application for Freedom<\/p>\n<p>Fighters&#8217; Pension in the light of the recommendation made by the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent.
