It has been submitted that ordinarily<\/p>\n<p>                        only those who pass in the written examination are called for<\/p>\n<p>                        interview and since the petitioner was called for interview,<\/p>\n<p>                        respondents must show that there was a prescribed marks for pass<\/p>\n<p>                        or fail and that the petitioner did not obtain such prescribed marks.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Learned counsel for the Railways prays for two weeks&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>                        time to file counter affidavit.
