Jail record suggests<br \/>\nthat applicant was previously released temporarily for a period of<br \/>\nfive days  in February 2010 on account of death of his father. He had<br \/>\nsurrendered on time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, applicant is ordered to be released on parole for<br \/>\na period of 21 days on his depositing an amount of Rs.5,000\/-(Rupees<br \/>\nfive thousand only) before the jail authorities. Upon completion of<br \/>\nthe said parole period, he shall surrender before the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.
