The applicant has<br \/>\nbeen convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 376<br \/>\nof the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. L.B. Dabhi, learned APP waives service of notice of rule on<br \/>\nbehalf of opponent   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned APP and having considered the facts of the case<br \/>\nthat the marriage is of applicant&#8217;s nephew, for which, the presence<br \/>\nof applicant is not required, hence, no case for temporary bail is<br \/>\nmade out.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tTherefore,<br \/>\npresent application is rejected.
