No.30310 of 2010\nBALRAM KUMAR SINGH SON OF LATE AMAR SINGH, RESIDENT OF\nMOHALLA - 193, EAST ASHOK NAGAR, ROAD NO. 14-B, P.S.-\nKANKARBAGH, PATNA-20,\n                             Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR\n                             *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>\/2\/   11.10.2010            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                   with a Complaint Case registered for the offence under<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and 420 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Penal Code, which was lodged on 30.11.2007.<\/p>\n<p>                            From perusal of the complaint itself it appears<\/p>\n<p>                   that the money was paid on 21.06.2005 or soon thereafter<\/p>\n<p>                   and the cheques which is said to have bounced were issued<\/p>\n<p>                   by the petitioner on 12.10.2005, 14.10.2005 and<\/p>\n<p>                   16.10.2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Let, petitioner above named appear in the court<\/p>\n<p>                   below (Judicial Magistrate, Ist class, Patna) on every date<\/p>\n<p>                   fixed in the Complaint Case No.3341(C)\/2007 but until<\/p>\n<p>                   final disposal of the Complaint Case No. 3341(C)\/2007,<\/p>\n<p>                   no coercive steps be taken against him and with this<\/p>\n<p>                   direction, application is disposed of.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Let this order be communicated to the court<\/p>\n<p>          below through fax on payment of usual charges by the<\/p>\n<p>          petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Ibrar\/-                                (V.N.
