The  faicts  iariex'I1ecessary for disposal\nof the present \"tih'eidres\"pionder1t Nos. 1 Lo 11\nherein    \/ 2006. The petitioner\nherein  in the said suit. The second\n\ndefendant raised ia'v\u00ab.conte'n\"tion that the value of the suit\n\n.---.ascheciitlet__ipi'Qpert5f'being more than Rs.50,000\/--, the civil\n\ndoes not have the jurisdiction to entertain the\n\nsuit.' \"--i'rhe'pihih_ttitfs opposed the said contention. The trial\n\n\u00abVcourtiiafterw considering the rival contentions has come to the\n\n :concl\"iizsion that from the materials available on record the\n\n of the suit land as on the date of the suit was beyond\n\n pecuniary jurisdiction i.e., more than Rs.50,000\/-- .\n\nl\n\n'rc\n\n\n\nHowever, the Court below has thereafter  \n\nconsider the provisions of the Karnataka   and\n\nSuits Valuation Act and also keepingmin'viewith-e \n\nmade to Sec. 17 of the Civil Courts   Court  'hia'vei'=.}\n\njurisdiction since the value oi\"'--vther.bsubieethirnatt\u00e9eriilthias heen\nenhanced. objection to receive back the\u00e9jgint to the
\nCourt of Civil Judge (Sr..Dn.)_.iBeil}\u00a7fua\ufb01:i._.’ Noiidoubit in this
\nregard in the objection’  \ufb01the”‘\u00bbi.respondents have
\ncontended that\ufb02pthere   is pending
\nbetween the a.ndif_’thVeiireispondents in 0.55.
\nNo. 142 Ijudg_ei(Sr.Dn.) Belgaum and it
\nis also stated suits are to be clubbed and
\ntried together. i  learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
petitioner would ‘contend that clubbing cannot be permitted<\/p>\n
