The provisional certificate of the petitioner was sent o<\/p>\n<p>                            the school in question. However, the marks sheet was not<\/p>\n<p>                            provided. The petitioner has filed several representations to the<\/p>\n<p>                            Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board for grant of his marks sheet.<\/p>\n<p>                            However, the marks sheet and the certificate was not issued by<\/p>\n<p>                            respondents 2 to 4.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        I accordingly direct that the petitioner should file an<\/p>\n<p>                            application before respondent no.4, the Examination Controller,<\/p>\n<p>                            Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board duly forwarded by the Principal of<\/p>\n<p>                            Jugeshwa Ram Swaroop Ramsagar Sanskrit High school,<\/p>\n<p>                            Mahinathpur.
