Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :02\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n             ------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C) 181 of 2008\n\n            -------------------------------------\n\n                       Dated: January 2, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Ext.P2 is an appeal filed by the petitioner under clause 51(10)<\/p>\n<p>of the Kerala Rationing Order. It is stated that the said appeal is<\/p>\n<p>pending before the 1st respondent. The complaint of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is that although the appeal has been filed way back in 2006, the<\/p>\n<p>appeal has not been considered so far.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Taking into account the submission made by the learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner and in the nature of the order that I<\/p>\n<p>propose to pass, I do not think it necessary to issue notice to<\/p>\n<p>respondents 4 and 5.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. In view of the pendency of Ext.P2 appeal as stated above, I<\/p>\n<p>dispose of the writ petition directing that the 1st respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>take up and consider Ext.P2 appeal as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate, within eight weeks of production of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) 181\/2008<br \/>\n                              Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
