Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :29\/05\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              ------------------------------------\n                         W.P.(C) 15988 of 2008\n             -------------------------------------\n                         Dated: MAY 29, 2008\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this writ petition what is sought for is a direction to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider Ext.P1, a complaint made by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>in  regard    to   an    allegedly  unauthorised    construction   that<\/p>\n<p>respondents 3 and 4 have undertaken.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Ext.P2 shows that the complaint has been received by the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent.
