\nwhile he xvats  to Yaclgiri. The claim
\npetition was  on the ground that. the
\ndeceased ;WasA not  bo’i1a~lfi.de: passenger in the railways nor
\nl\ufb02hefe.   Eevicfen\u00e9ee  that he was travelling in the said<\/p>\n
train,’ li<i..th.is,: evidence was led by both the sides.\n<\/p>\n

with the deceased. This itself shows that. the ease <\/p>\n
