RAMKUMAR, J.\n                ======================\n                       B.A. No. 4577 of 2010\n                ======================\n                 Dated: 6th day of August, 2010\n\n                              ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused Nos.2, 4, 8, 9, 10, 17 &amp; 18 in<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.156\/2008        of  Venmony Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 450, 324, 326,<\/p>\n<p>307, 120B, 511 and Section 3(a) of the Explosives &amp; Substances<\/p>\n<p>Act read with Section 25 (c) of the Arms Act, seek anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,       I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>18.8.2010 or on 19.8.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material, if any.
