Dharhara, District<br \/>\nMunger.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                         &#8230;&#8230;..Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                                            Versus<\/p>\n<p>THE STATE OF BIHAR<br \/>\n                                                                          &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Opposite Party<\/p>\n<p> 03\/-   26-11-2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Additional<\/p>\n<p>                     Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is named accused in this case carries allegation<\/p>\n<p>                     of committing assault and also causing injuries by indiscriminate<\/p>\n<p>                     firing.   However, the informant by filing protest petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                     taken U turn.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on<\/p>\n<p>                     the event of the informant appearing as a witness stating the factum<\/p>\n<p>                     mentioned in the protest application with his free will and consent<\/p>\n<p>                     without any coercion and also stood as one of the bailors, in the<\/p>\n<p>                     event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                     weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                     Vikash Mandal, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                     bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                     like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                     Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S.
