M.P. 7\/2006 B1 dated 1.10.2007.\n\t For petitioner  \t:  Mr. S.D. Ramalingam\n\t For RR 1 to 3\t \t:  Mr. T. Chandrasekaran\n\t\t\t\t\t   Special Government Pleader\n- - - -\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tMr. T. Chandrasekaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.\tWith the consent of the learned counsels appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.\tThough the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2007, submitted to the third respondent, is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.\tThe learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5.\tIn view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondents, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 28.11.2007, to the third respondent, along with a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
