Application No.1091 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThereafter<br \/>\nthis Court by order dated 7.7.2011 has given   permission to the<br \/>\nrespondent to amend the cause title and the said order is passed in<br \/>\nCriminal Revision Application No.23 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAs<br \/>\nper the said order the amendment is  carried out by the learned<br \/>\nadvocate appearing for  the petitioner in  Criminal Misc. Application<br \/>\nNo.1091 of 2011.  The order passed in main matter i.e. in Criminal<br \/>\nRevision Application No.23 of 2011  will also be treated as order<br \/>\npassed in Criminal Misc.
