Justice PIUS C.KURIAKOSE\n\n Dated :22\/11\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                        PIUS C.KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                      ----------------------------------\n\n                    W.P.(C)NO. 30856  of    2006\n\n                      ----------------------------------\n\n           Dated this  22nd   day of    November , 2006\n\n\n\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner&#8217;s grievance is that, though on the strength of<\/p>\n<p>an   auction   conducted   on   the   basis   of   Ext.P1   auction   notice   a<\/p>\n<p>room belonging to the first respondent Panchayat was auctioned<\/p>\n<p>to her and she was put in possession of the room, the respondent<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat has now under Ext.P5 order canceled the auction and<\/p>\n<p>directed   her   to   collect   back   the   amounts   which   had   been<\/p>\n<p>deposited   by   her   with   the   Panchayat.     Sri.Sunny   Mathew   the<\/p>\n<p>learned  counsel  for  the   petitioner  submits  that   on  the   basis  of<\/p>\n<p>Exts. P2 to P4   the petitioner is actually conducting business in<\/p>\n<p>the   premises   and   therefore   implementation   of   Ext.P5   will   work<\/p>\n<p>out considerable hardship towards the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I   do   not   propose   to   examine   the   genuineness   of   the<\/p>\n<p>above grievance.   I notice that the petitioner has remedy before<\/p>\n<p>the   Tribunal   for   Local   Self   Government   Institutions.   Hence   I<\/p>\n<p>relegate   the   petitioner   to   that   remedy.
