9.4.1999 was -iee\ufb01ed’ted”-respondent No.3 pertained to<\/p>\n
  1989 to August 1989, and the
\n  of a departmental enquiry against
\n after his retirement, was ganted on<\/p>\n

\n  Civii Service Rules, 1958 was fully Compiied
\n‘   inasmuch as, not only the State Government had<\/p>\n

against reseendent No.1 after his retirement, the said<\/p>\n
initiation of deparmaentai action by issuance of charge
\nmemo dated 9.4.1992 had taken place Within fouryears<\/p>\n
from the date of the aileged \u00e9elinquency. As <\/p>\n
not possible for us to conclude, that the  <\/p>\n
action taken by the appeliant .a1ga\u00a7nst ” K 2<\/p>\n
violated the mandate of rule 2  .’<\/p>\n
