Heard learned counsel appearing                     on<\/p>\n<p>                 behalf    of    the    petitioner       and    the    learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                           The    petitioner        is     in    custody       in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection      with    Kinjer     P.S.Case       No.32      of<\/p>\n<p>                 2009     for    the    offences         punishable         under<\/p>\n<p>                 sections 447, 324 and 307\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The    prayer      of   the     petitioner        was<\/p>\n<p>                 earlier rejected vide order dated 4.8.2010<\/p>\n<p>                 passed in Cr.Misc.No.26133 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                           Taking      into   consideration           the   fact<\/p>\n<p>                 that for the allegation of assault on the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant by means of pasuli, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 has remained in custody since 15.3.2010 and<\/p>\n<p>                 has a clean antecedent as stated by him, let<\/p>\n<p>                 the    petitioner       Shiv      Kumar       Chaudhary       be<\/p>\n<p>                 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                 Rs.10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                 Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection<\/p>\n<p>                 with Kinjer P.S.Case No.32 of 2009.<\/p>\n<pre>ahk                                           (Jyoti Saran, J)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shiv Kumar Chaudhary vs The State Of Bihar on 29 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
