Justice K.THANKAPPAN\n\n Dated :18\/09\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                                 K.THANKAPPAN, J.\n                            ------------------------------------\n                             W.P.(C)NO. 20571 OF 2004\n                            ------------------------------------\n\n\n                     Dated this the 18th day of September, 2006\n\n\n                                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   limited   prayer   of   the   petitioner   is   for   a   direction   to   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation filed by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The   grievance   of   the   petitioner   is   that   inspite   of   Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>communication,     the   anomaly     in   the   pay   revision   order   has   not   been<\/p>\n<p>rectified.       According   to   the   petitioner,   the   pay   of     Secretary   has   been<\/p>\n<p>wrongly fixed.
