M. SAHAI)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard Mr.D.G.Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the<br \/>\nappellant. This intra-court Letters Patent Appeal has been filed<br \/>\nchallenging the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 27.7.2011<br \/>\npassed in Special Civil Application No. 2154 of 2011. The learned<br \/>\nSingle Judge has fixed the petition for hearing on1 15th<br \/>\nSeptember,2011 as informed by the learned counsel for the appellant.<br \/>\nAnother matter arising between the same parties has also been<br \/>\ndisposed of by this Court on 29.5.2011 being LPA NO. 1312 of 2011.<br \/>\nTherefore, we are of the opinion that both the matters should be<br \/>\nheard together. We are not inclined to interfere with the interim<br \/>\norder passed in this Appeal as the matter is likely to be finally<br \/>\ndecided on 15th September, 2011.
