Justice C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :08\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                     C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J\n\n                        ---------------------------------------------\n\n                             O.P.No.22359  of 2002\n\n                         ---------------------------------------------\n\n                    Dated this the 8th day of March, 2007\n\n\n\n\n\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner   is   challenging   Ext.P6   order   by   which   the<\/p>\n<p>ombudsman dismissed the complaint against the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>Panchayath   funding   construction   of   a   toilet   for   the   third<\/p>\n<p>respondent.  Counsel for the Panchayath submitted that the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent   lives   below   the   poverty   line   and   therefore   the<\/p>\n<p>Panchayath   funded   for   construction   of   a   toilet   in   her   house.   In<\/p>\n<p>the circumstances, I do not find any justification to interfere with<\/p>\n<p>Ext.
