It appears that in the last portion of the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                     18.10.2011, the name of the concerned court has been typed as<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad, in place of A.D.J.,<\/p>\n<p>                     Benipur, Darbhanga and the P.S. Case Number has been typed<\/p>\n<p>                     as Jehanabad P.S. Case No.304 of 2008 in place of Biraul P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                     Case No.166 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Let the aforesaid error be corrected and the name of<\/p>\n<p>                     the concerned court be read as Addl. Sessions Judge., Benipur,<\/p>\n<p>                     Darbhanga, in place      of Judicial Magistrate, 1 st Class,<\/p>\n<p>                     Jehanabad, and the P.S. Case number be read as Biraul<\/p>\n<p>                     P.S.Case No.166 of 2010 in place of Jehanabad P.S.
