In order to give one more opportunity, the appeal was directed to be listed on 28.08.2006 and again today i.e. 29.08.2006. Even today no one appears for the appellants.<\/p>\n<p>\t2. We are satisfied that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal.  Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed for default.
