RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    ===============================\n                    Bail Application No.3435 of 2010\n                    ===============================\n                         DATED: 06.08.2010\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused Nos.1,2 and 9 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.145\/2009 of Chittarickal Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 143,147,148,341,324 and 308 read with 169 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature.   But at the same time,          I am inclined to permit the<br \/>\npetitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<br \/>\npurpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<br \/>\nconsidered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<br \/>\npetitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<br \/>\n18.08.2010 or on 19.08.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<br \/>\nrecovery of incriminating material, if any.
