Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :10\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         P.R.RAMAN &amp;\n               T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,JJ.\n           -------------------------------\n                   D.B.A.NO.76 OF 2008\n           --------------------------------\n              Dated this the 10th day of July, 2008\n\n                             ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      This is an application seeking sanction and approval of<\/p>\n<p>finalisation of the tenders invited by the Kulathur Devaswom<\/p>\n<p>under the Changanacherry Group of Travancore Devaswom<\/p>\n<p>Board, in respect of leasing of Room No.1 of Shopping<\/p>\n<p>Complex attached to the Kulathur Devaswom.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Auction was conducted only by publishing notice in<\/p>\n<p>the notice-board.      Recently, we have passed an order<\/p>\n<p>accepting the report of the Ombudsman to conduct public<\/p>\n<p>auction, after due publication. However, it is submitted that<\/p>\n<p>the auction in this case was conducted prior to the acceptance<\/p>\n<p>of the report by this Court.
