No.39540 of 2010\n                      DEEPAK KUMAR JHA, son of late Sadanand Jha\n                                        Versus\n                                 STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/-   26.11.2010                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                       offence under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering that the petitioner is in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                       10.02.2010 on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>                       who was arrested on the spot and now his mother is ready to stand<\/p>\n<p>                       surety for him, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                       of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court<\/p>\n<p>                       concerned to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai<\/p>\n<p>                       in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 43 of 2010 , subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                       conditions, (i)That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is<\/p>\n<p>                       related with the petitioner and the other bailor will be mother of the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner.
