PRAVEETA\n      DEVI, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE AND POST OFFICE MAUDAH, DISTRICT\n      VAISHALI\n                               *********\n<\/pre>\n<p>6    24\/11\/2010            Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           I   am   not   inclined   to   entertain   this   writ<\/p>\n<p>                  application as it seeks to challenge the order or<\/p>\n<p>                  settlement made in favour of the respondent society for<\/p>\n<p>                  the period 2006-07 to 2010-11. The said period is going<\/p>\n<p>                  to expire in June, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Since the respondent society has been in<\/p>\n<p>                  possession and reaping the harvest of the Jalkars in<\/p>\n<p>                  question for the past four years, it would be unfair to<\/p>\n<p>                  dispossess them from the Jalkars even if the impugned<\/p>\n<p>                  order is incorrect for one or the other reason. The<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner has the remedy to apply when there is a notice<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        of fresh settlement in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>                 This application is accordingly dismissed.<\/p>\n<pre>Anand                                       ( Sheema Ali Khan, J. )\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
