A.Nagar And Ors.\nPetitioner Counsel :- R.P.Nigam\nRespondent Counsel :- C.S.C\n\nHon'ble Anil Kumar,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Heard Sri R.P.Nigam, learned counsel for the petitioner and<br \/>\nLearned Standing Counsel.\n<\/p>\n<p>       With the consent of learned counsel for the parties the writ<br \/>\npetition is being disposed of at the admission stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In view of the order, which is proposed to be passed notice to<br \/>\nrespondent no. 3 is dispensed with.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Sri Sri R.P.Nigam, learned counsel for the petitioner in brief has<br \/>\nsubmitted that a sale deed has been executed in favour of the petitioner<br \/>\nby the respondent no.3 and thereafter the petitioner has applied for<br \/>\nmutation in respect to the property, which is subject matter of the sale<br \/>\ndeed dated 28.9.2007 before the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil-Alapur, Distr<br \/>\nAmbedkar Nagar. However since then the matter is lingering on one or<br \/>\nother pretext hence the present writ petition and requests that the<br \/>\nrespondent no.2, Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil-Alapur, Distr Ambedkar Nagar<br \/>\nmay be directed to decide the said mutation at an early date.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be<br \/>\nexpedient in the interest of justice that the respondent no.2 Naib<br \/>\nTehsildar, Tehsil-Alapur, Distr Ambedkar Nagar is directed to decide<br \/>\nthe mutation in question expeditiously say within a period of six<br \/>\nmonths from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after<br \/>\nhearing the parties concerned in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>       With above observations, writ petition is finally disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>       It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the claim of<br \/>\nthe petitioner on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order Date :- 19.1.2010<br \/>\nPramod\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Bhanmati [ U\/A 227 ] vs State Of U.P.Through D.M.
