The same is taken on<br \/>\nrecord.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by order dated<br \/>\n22.03.2010, a copy of which is produced at page No.85, whereby the<br \/>\nauthority   District Development Officer, District Panchayat,<br \/>\nBharuch did not grant prayer made by the present petitioner.  The<br \/>\nprayer was that earlier the petitioner was serving with District<br \/>\nPanchayat, Panchmahals at Godhara and that period of service should<br \/>\nbe counted in the service of the petitioner when he joined services<br \/>\nat District Panchayat, Bharuch at Bharuch.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nAdvocate for the petitioner was asked to point out as to whether the<br \/>\ninitial order of appointment, a copy of which is produced at<br \/>\nAnnexure-B, page No.35 dated 30.07.1980 mentions anywhere that,<br \/>\nappointment is made with an understanding that period of his service<br \/>\nwith District Panchayat, Panchmahals at Godhara will be considered as<br \/>\nthat of with the District Panchayat Bharuch.  In absence of any such<br \/>\nmentioning in the appointment order, it is understood that the<br \/>\nappointment was a fresh appointment with District Panchayat, Bharuch<br \/>\nat Bharuch.  District Panchayat Bharuch and District Panchayat<br \/>\nPanchmahals, being two independent legal entities, unless it was<br \/>\nspecifically provided that with one District Panchayat will be<br \/>\ntreated as services with the another District Panchayat, the<br \/>\npetitioner cannot ask for the same.
