A statement has been filed by the Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader  stating   that,    on   the    basis   of   a  complaint<\/p>\n<p>received,  an  investigation     was    conducted    and it   was<\/p>\n<p>revealed that the allegations were false.           If that is a<\/p>\n<p>case of a refer report, it is for the petitioner to file<\/p>\n<p>appropriate proceedings as provided under the Code of<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Procedure.     There are serious disputes between<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner as well as other church members.             Those<\/p>\n<p>disputes are to be resolved in other forum and not through<\/p>\n<p>a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of<\/p>\n<p>India.\n<\/p>\n<p>        However,   We    dispose     of   this    writ   petition<\/p>\n<p>directing  the police     to   see    that  law    and  order  is<\/p>\n<p>maintained.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       (J.B.
