For the purpose of granting higher grade, he<\/p>\n<p>wants the military service also to be taken into account. According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, he is so entitled to, in view of Exts.P8 and P9 judgments of this<\/p>\n<p>Court as also Exts.P1 to P4 Government orders. In the above circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has filed Ext.P16 representation before the 2nd respondent. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P16 representation in the light of Exts.P8 and P9 judgments of this<\/p>\n<p>Court and Exts.P1 to P4 Government orders, expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
