Butta Rawat@ Binay Rawat son of Basudeo Rawat, all resident of village -\n                                Gorawan, P.S- Silao, Dist- Nalanda.\n                                              Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   30.06.2011                   Heard both the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners seek bail in connection with Silao<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S.Case     No.    58   of   2011     registered   under    section<\/p>\n<p>                    287,304,201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners submits that petitioners are named in the F.I. R and<\/p>\n<p>                    there is only allegation that they participated in the funeral of the<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased Ajit pandey. The petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                    18.5.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The allegation is that, at the time of occurrence<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased Ajit Pandey was setting the loudspeaker for marriage<\/p>\n<p>                    ceremony at the house of co- accused Rabindra Raut. Rabindra<\/p>\n<p>                    Raut giving instructions to him not connect &#8220;Toka&#8221; in the main<\/p>\n<p>                    electric line but due to some mistake of his labour in setting of<\/p>\n<p>                    electricline on electric current, the deceased Ajit Pandey died of<\/p>\n<p>                    electric current.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                    case, the petitioners above named is directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>                    bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- ( ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                    each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         of   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in<\/p>\n<p>         connection with Silao P.S.Case No. 58\/2011.<\/p>\n<pre>Namita                              ( Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Sukhdeo Rawat &amp; Ors. vs The State Of Bihar on 30 June, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
