HEMA, J.\n\n                ---------------------------------------------------\n                       B.A. No. 2325           of 2010\n                ---------------------------------------------------\n                 Dated this 28th day of May, 2010.\n\n\n                                    ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>         Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The alleged offence             is under Section 376 of IPC.<\/p>\n<p>According to prosecution petitioner allegedly committed rape on<\/p>\n<p>the daughter of de facto complainant, aged 9 years, on 18.2.2010.<\/p>\n<p>      3. Petitioner was arrested on 26.2.2010 and he is in custody<\/p>\n<p>for the past more than 90 days.            It submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>for petitioner     that alleged           victim is residing in Janaseva<\/p>\n<p>Sisubhavan at Aluva and is not within the limits of Kothamangalam<\/p>\n<p>Police Station where crime is registered.<\/p>\n<p>      3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that taking into<\/p>\n<p>consideration the stage of investigation, he has no objection in<\/p>\n<p>granting bail, but stringent conditions may be imposed.<\/p>\n<p>      4.  On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be<\/p>\n<p>granted to petitioner on conditions. Hence, the following order is<\/p>\n<p>passed:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            Petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">[B.a.No.2325\/2010]                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            bond for Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand<\/p>\n<p>            only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum<\/p>\n<p>            to the satisfaction of the Court concerned on the<\/p>\n<p>            following conditions:\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                  (i)    Petitioner shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>                         Investigating   Officer      on   every<\/p>\n<p>                         Monday, Wednesday and Saturday<\/p>\n<p>                         between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. until<\/p>\n<p>                         further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                (ii)      Petitioner shall not leave the limits of<\/p>\n<p>                          the police station within which the<\/p>\n<p>                          incident happened except with prior<\/p>\n<p>                          permission of learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>           Petition is allowed.<\/p>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                                Sd\/-\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                           K.
