An invitation card for attending the<br \/>\nceremony, which is to be held on 3.11.2011 to 8.11.2011, is annexed<br \/>\nwith the application and names of the applicant, his wife and two of<br \/>\nhis daughters are mentioned in the card.  When he was released on an<br \/>\nearlier occasion by order dated 7.4.2011 in Criminal Misc.<br \/>\nApplication No.4722 of 2011, he had sought temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of 60 days to make financial arrangement for his family<br \/>\nconsisting of his widowed mother, wife and five children.  Therefore,<br \/>\nthere are reasons to believe that the applicant has sought to conceal<br \/>\nthe fact of two children, who might be major sons and sought to make<br \/>\nthe &#8216;Bismillah&#8217; ceremony an excuse for temporary bail.
