 dashed against the motor ejgeie. Having regard to the<\/p>\n
_V em} "and! Heiocumentaxjg evidence, We are of the opinion that the<\/p>\n
 '   has righ\ufb02y' held that accident was solely due to the rash<\/p>\n
  negiigent \u00e9iriving of the KSRTC bus driver and there was me<\/p>\n
zi\ufb01glig\ufb01nce 01' <:0::1tributo:3r Izegligence on the part of th\u00e9: rider ef the<\/p>\n
mater cycle. We see no errors committad by the '1':'ibu:1alV?\u00a7;1 Tt:his<\/p>\n
regard. Therefore, the Tribuna} was jus\ufb01faed in   _<\/p>\n
negligence of the: tiriver of KSRTCZ bus was  .V <\/p>\n
accident.\n<\/p>\n
