Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :14\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) NO.1285 OF 2011(I)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 14th day of January, 2011\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners participated in the item `Thiruvathirakali&#8217; in the<\/p>\n<p>Kottayam Revenue District School Kalolsavam. They were given<\/p>\n<p>second prize with A grade. According to them they filed an appeal<\/p>\n<p>which was rejected by Ext.P2 order. It is challenging Ext.P2 that<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. According to the petitioner, judges were partial and the<\/p>\n<p>first prize winner did not perform well in the competition to be<\/p>\n<p>awarded the first prize. Government Pleader, who has obtained<\/p>\n<p>instructions in the matter submits that the three judges were<\/p>\n<p>highly qualified and have unanimously assessed the performance<\/p>\n<p>of the first prize winner team as the best. It is stated that the<\/p>\n<p>first prize winner team has got 242 marks whereas the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners&#8217; team has got only 230 marks.<\/p>\n<p>      As far as the allegation against the judges and the<\/p>\n<p>performance of the first prize winner is concerned, petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>not produced any materials to substantiate her contentions, f to<\/p>\n<p>be accepted in this proceedings.
