No.8249 of 2010\n                          SANJEEV RAWAT\n                               Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03. 25.06.2010              Petitioner is languishing in jail since 22.10.2009<\/p>\n<p>                 in a case registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is alleged that the petitioner and one Narendra<\/p>\n<p>                 Rawat entered into the house of the informant and<\/p>\n<p>                 committed the offence. It is submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the petitioner that the occurrence as per the F.I.R. has<\/p>\n<p>                 occurred in the night of 29.01.2008 whereas the F.I.R. was<\/p>\n<p>                 lodged on 31.01.2008 and no specific injury has been<\/p>\n<p>                 found.   Moreover the petitioner is the neighbour of the<\/p>\n<p>                 victim and having land dispute and to that effect the<\/p>\n<p>                 materials have been collected during investigation and the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the State however states<\/p>\n<p>                 that though materials have come in the case diary with<\/p>\n<p>                 regard to the land dispute but it is with one Punam Kumari<\/p>\n<p>                 and not with the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the delayed lodging of the F.I.R. and<\/p>\n<p>                 medical examination of the victim and the period of custody,<\/p>\n<p>                 let the petitioner namely Sanjeev Rawat be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Chief   Judicial     Magistrate,   Jamui   in   connection   with<\/p>\n<p>          Laxmipur(Gidhor) P.S.
